This supplement has been created to support both normal immune and joint health. Vitamin c forms collagen and promotes normal cartilage function. Each pack contains 60 tablets. Ingredients: bulking agents microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate , propolis extract, ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate , turmeric extract. Dosage: each pack provides 60 tablets, 30 servings for a 1 month supply of turmeric, honey and vitamin c. We recommend taking up to 1-2 tablets a day for beneficial effects.
