125-150Mm peeled strainer post
Uc4
this peeled strainer is a dependable choice for professional and agricultural fencing projects, made from quality softwood timber, each post naturally tapers from 125mm to 150mm in diameter, providing excellent load-bearing performance for high-tension applications.
Unlike sawn posts, this peeled strainer is debarked rather than cut, preserving the timber’s natural fibres and strength. This traditional process significantly reduces the risk of splitting, enhances durability, and allows the post to weather naturally over time while retaining its structural integrity.
Pressure treated to uc4 ground contact, this post is designed for long-term installation in soil. The treatment offers a life expectancy of up to 15 years, making it a cost-effective and reliable option for demanding outdoor environments. Performance can vary depending on soil type and exposure, but uc4 treatment ensures the timber is well-protected against rot and decay.
Great for corners, end posts, and changes in direction, these strainers are essential for maintaining fence tension and stability, particularly on undulating ground or high-use livestock areas. Suitable for stock fencing, electric fencing, and barbed wire, this peeled strainer delivers strength, longevity, and professional-grade performance.
