The construction is made of two overlapping elastic bands. They are placed in front with a partial overlap for better stability. The front height can be adjusted from 20 to 30 cm.

1. Place the belt at the desired height with reinforcement panels placed symmetrically. They are oblique, and the distance between them widens towards the hips.
2. Tighten and fasten the lower elastic band first. If it is too tight, loosen it slightly. If you don't feel springy pressure, you should probably lock into a tighter position.
