Wakefield Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Fresh and lifted varietal aromas of cassis, red currant fruit and mint. Subtle hints of cedar and tobacco add to the complexity of the aromas. This is a wine with rich, ample flavours of ripe cassis, berry fruit and liquorice. Maturation in french oak barrels is evident with subtle flavours of cedar and tobacco adding complexity to a wine that is rich and mouth filling with great length.
