The pro al-523bh5 includes the pbh-523as ball head with cam lock arca swiss type quick release. This head has an easy-grip ball lock lever. There is a separate panoramic lock on the base locking the level or angle of the ball but allowing the camera to pan. There are also 360-degree markings around the base for taking photos to stitch together for panoramic shots.
