The easy service plan pack will expire 1 year after the purchase date and any activation of the pack shall no longer be valid and redeemable. Please refer to canon website for latest applicable models for this pack and terms & conditions.How the service worksif at any time during the term of the easy service plan the product develops a fault the product develops a fault or fails completely, you can call our service desk. If your query cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely, a qualified service engineer will be assigned and will call you to agree a suitable time to visit. A service engineer will arrive at the site indicated by you between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm local time on the next business day to perform the service.
