Traditionally distilled in a copper still, this gin is juniper-led as a proper london dry style should be , and combines the other 3 classic botanicals coriander, angelica and orris with citrus, cardamon and gorse. Coriander bring s a lemony aroma to the nose it’s actually related to juniper so reinforces those juniper notes . The woodiness of angelica is essential for depth, while the delicate floral fragrance of orris is bewitching and lifts the nose of any gin.
