Its aromatic profile is rich and broad, with notes of cherry and ripe raspberry, alternating with spicy hints of cinnamon, thyme, rose petals, and violet, on a licorice background. On the palate, it is lively and deep, concentrated, and fruity. It has a soft, velvety texture with smooth tannins and a subtle, refreshing acidity. It is youthful and lively, with a long, fruity finish. Try it with duck à l'orange, confit duck legs, or roast partridge.
