Château minuty rosé et or is a delicious blend of mostly grenache, with smaller percentages of cinsault, syrah, and rolle from vineyards located in the côtes de provence aop on diverse soils of schist, clay, and sand. After manual harvesting and cold fermentation, the wine is bottled without malolactic fermentation. The result is a youthful, fresh, and vibrant wine, with an intense and exuberant aromatic profile that reveals fragrant notes of exotic and stone fruit and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it is exceptionally crisp, juicy, and fresh, with a smooth texture and an intriguing saline note. The acidity is well-integrated, and the finish is long and satisfying.
