The wine then spends six months on its lees to acquire more body. The wine has a splendid light salmon color. The nose shows a delicious intensity of small red fruits. The red berries are also felt in a mouth with juicy and almost fleshy sensations. It is fresh and lively, with a nice medium-long finish. This pure pinot noir vinified in rosé is a real pleasure, generous and pulpy. It is the perfect summer wine. Enjoy it well chilled on the terrace, with a barbecue or some asian food.
