The gewürztraminer grapes are harvested by hand from a plot located in the municipality of beblenheim. The vines are located on a gentle slope with a south south-east exposure and benefit from a unique marly-limestone soil made up of conglomerates of calcareous pebbles and marls dating back to the oligocene. In the glass, the wine reveals a deep yellow color with golden highlights and an intense and elegant aromatic profile with notes of ripe yellow fruit such as mirabelle plum and quince, followed by spicy hints and rose petals.
