Riesling schoenenbourg grand cru is a wine of great elegance and exceptional aging potential made with riesling grapes from the homonymous alsatian grand cru, in the municipality of riquewihr. After manual harvesting and a long alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine rests for a few months on its lees before bottling. On the nose, the wine reveals great complexity with mineral and candied citrus aromas.
