The chardonnay grapes are sourced from the prestigious, sustainably farmed ampeau vineyard. After manual selection and harvest, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grapes' aromatic character and freshness. The finished wine then rests on the lees before bottling. The result is an elegant puligny montrachet, the quintessential expression of this appellation and of burgundy white wines.
