In the glass, santenay les chainey displays a clear garnet-red color and an elegant and fragrant aromatic profile with notes of red and black fruits, followed by earthy and mineral notes. On the palate, it has a medium body and a pronounced minerality. It is soft, round, and fruity with well-balanced acidity and fine, ripe tannins. The long finish evokes earthy notes. Try it with roasted mushrooms or game birds.
