Its aromatic profile is complex with notes of ripe citrus and medicinal plants supported by mineral touches in the background. On the palate, it is dry and crisp, dynamic and lively. It has a brisk acidity and a lean structure. The finish is long and recalls mineral and citrus notes. Keep it in the cellar for a few years or serve it now with oysters or a pork tenderloin.
