Its aromatic profile is broad and powerful with notes of ripe dark fruits blackberry and plum , followed by intense aromas of licorice, cedar, chocolate, and hints of pepper typical of shiraz. On the palate, it is full, concentrated, and intensely fruity. It has firm but ripe and well-integrated tannins and a refreshing vein of acidity that balances the taste. It is concentrated and rich with a long finish that recalls notes of spices and chocolate. Try it with roast pork belly, short ribs, and texas-style bbq.
