The vineyards are meticulously tended and the work is mainly manual. In the cellar, vinification is carried out in a traditional manner with minimal human intervention. One of the particularities of this estate is the use of only new oak for the aging of the wines: a step that gives structure and complexity. In the glass, gevrey-chambertin les crais reveals a brilliant color with dark ruby tones. Its aromatic profile is broad and intense with notes of ripe berries, followed by hints of licorice and leather, and light balsamic and spicy touches in the background. On the palate, it is powerful, rich, and vigorous with supple tannins. It has excellent fruit concentration and a vibrant acidity that balances the overall taste. The finish is long and mineral.
