A blend of tempranillo and graciano, the wine ages for approximately two years in american oak. In the glass, the xr reserva reveals an intense, brilliant color with dark cherry tones. Its aromatic profile is complex and expressive, with initial notes of blackberry, plum, and cassis, followed by spicy and balsamic aromas, hints of licorice, and coffee. On the palate, it is concentrated and well-structured, flavorful and elegant, generous and juicy. It has ripe, soft tannins and a pleasant, refreshing acidity that balances the fruity character.
