After harvesting and undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the finished wine is aged for two years in french oak barriques. In the glass, barolo bricco ambrogio reveals a vibrant amaranth color with purple highlights. Its aromatic profile is broad and ripe with intense notes of raspberry, small red berries, and orange zest, along with hints of wood and black pepper. On the palate, it is bold and powerful, soft and warm, with firm tannins and a well-balanced acidity. The flavor reveals a good complexity that lingers on the finish with a mineral touch.
