After harvesting and undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the finished wine is aged for two years in large swiss oak barrels. In the glass, barolo mirau reveals an intense, dark amaranth color with purple highlights. Its aromatic profile is broad and complex, with notes of dark berry interspersed with spices, licorice, and sandalwood. On the palate, it is powerful, seductive, rich, and concentrated.
