After harvest, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and ensure the pure expression of the aromatic profile. The finished wine then ages in french oak barrels for 9 months, acquiring structure and complexity. In the glass, the wine displays a straw yellow color with bright greenish highlights.
