Founded in 1985 by gaspare parusso, the parusso winery is a family business located in monforte d'alba in the bussia sub-region of piedmont. The vineyards extend over 28 hectares in the barolo wine area, within the bussia, mariondino, and coste di monforte crus. Parusso metodo classico is produced with nebbiolo grapes vinified in white. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from vineyards located at an altitude between 250 and 450 m. Above sea level in the province of monforte d'alba.
