The rkasiteli grapes are hand-picked in the kakheti region. The grapes are left to macerate on the skins for 6 months and fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and without any additives in qvevri. The wine is then aged in qvevri for a period of up to 12 months. The wine has a characteristic light orange color. On the nose, the aromatic profile shows notes of white fruit and green apple.
