In the glass, qimerioni saperavi reveals an intense ruby color and a broad, rich aromatic profile with notes of ripe berries such as blackberry and plum, alternating with delicate toasted hints due to the oak aging. On the palate, it is deep and round, generous and harmonious, with ripe tannins and a lively vein of refreshing acidity. The finish is long and recalls fruity notes.
