The chardonnay grapes come from the company's hnanice and u chlupa vineyards. Fermentation takes place in 400-liter oak barrels, where the wine is then refined. Chardonnay apri is a wine with a warm and intense color with golden tones and straw yellow reflections. On the nose, it reveals a complex and mature aromatic profile with notes of tropical fruit and stone fruit, dried orange peel and candied pineapple, white flowers, and light hints of sweet spices. On the palate, it is juicy and elegant with perfectly balanced acidity and a very pleasant mineral note. The finish is persistent with light nuances of vanilla. Try it with roasted chicken, scallop risotto, or roast veal with citrus sauce.
