From his vineyards, vincent produces wines of great purity, with fruity aromas, which are accessible from a young age, but can also age beautifully for many years. The syrah grapes for this cornas come from 3 hectares of young vines with an average age of 15 years, located on granite slopes with a 30% inclination. After harvesting, the grapes undergo cold maceration for a week. Fermentation takes place without the addition of yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 3 months in vats and then a year in oak barrels aged between 2 and 8 years.
