Our guatemalan coffee is from finca los laureles. A family-owned farm since 1966 and produces some of the highest-altitude coffee beans in guatemala. Mostly bourbon and pache varieties, the latter being a natural mutation of typica , these coffee beans are grown at up to 2,000 meters and are fully washed and sundried on elevated drying beds. Huehuetenango is one of three of guatemala's non-volcanic regions and one of the highest and driest.
