pre-workout is a refreshing drink to support performance, focus and intensity before training. Developed with expert panel feedback, the updated formula now includes increased levels of key amino acids, including 8 g l-citrulline malate, 3 g taurine and 2 g l-tyrosine. We’ve also added 2 g glutamine, plus 40 mg caffeine and vitamins b3, b6 and b12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
To give athletes more flexibility around their individual nutrition needs, we’ve removed carbohydrates, protein and bcaas from the formula, making it easier to mix and match with other healthspan elite products depending on your training goals.
