Adults and children over 14 years old:
Cold maceration: macerate for 6-8 hours from evening to morning 3-4 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in a liter of plain water. Strain and drink 3-4 cups of the maceration during the day before meals.
Infusion: 3-4 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 1 liter of boiling water, keep for 15 min. At room temperature, then strain and drink. Administer one cup of infusion 3 times day.
Herbal powder: finely grind the herbal mixture using an electric grinder. Administer sublingually for 15 min. 3-4 Times a day, approximately one teaspoon of the powder obtained, then swallow with water.
