This curry paste is a much sweeter taste compared to other thai curries and also does not have the same heat levels because of the sweetness. This can be adjusted with the amount of coconut milk you use in the curry to make the consistency of the curry thicker or thinner to adjust the flavour. No nuts are used in this curry paste.
