Bio dried rye mayo, 125 g, arche naturkuche arche organic yeast is a leavening agent for deliciously aromatic, delicious bread, buns and baguettes. How to use:
Basic recipe:
Mix 1000g of wholemeal flour with 15g of mayo 2 tablespoons , 1 sachet of dry yeast and 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
Add 700 ml of warm water and knead well. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes, knead briefly and shape.
Leave to rise for another 30 minutes and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes at 220 c and then another 55 minutes at 200 c.
Makes 2 loaves of approximately 750g each. Country of origin:
