The piccalilli with a tropical sting our chillililli is where traditional british crunch meets serious habanero heat. We’ve taken the vibrant, seasonal vegetables of a classic piccalilli cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, and onion and submerged them in a bold, mustard-based sauce supercharged with a potent habanero chilli mash. Organic depth & artisan spice the base of our sauce is cider vinegar, providing a mellow, fruity acidity that allows the complex spice blend of cumin, coriander, and cayenne to shine. Balanced with mustard seeds and turmeric, this is a thick, crunchy, and unapologetically hot condiment. Founder’s note chillililli was born from a desire to give the traditional piccalilli a bit of 'attitude'. By using habanero mash, we get that beautiful tropical fruitiness alongside the heat, which works perfectly with the natural sweetness of the carrots and cauliflower.
