The organic gluten-free pizza dough is made from whole wheat flour. We grind the raw materials in the gluten-free mill to avoid contamination with gluten-containing grains. All gluten-free flours are analyzed for gluten content in a specially equipped laboratory. Organic gluten-free pizza dough behaves slightly differently when baking than standard wheat flour dough. This one is more moist and gooey than usual, the pizza base stays juicy and fluffy on the inside, it bakes up nice and crispy on the outside. The amount of packaging is enough for two small pans or a tray. The dough is ready in five to ten minutes, the baking time is 20 minutes.
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix the contents of a package of premix for gluten-free pizza with 250 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir well, you can add oregano or sesame to taste. Let it rest a little, then spread the dough on a 35cm diameter baking tray lined with baking paper beforehand. The dough is smeared with tomato sauce or ketchup and spices to taste. Toppings can be added according to preference. Place in the preheated oven at a temperature of 190 c for 15-20 minutes.
