Aroma: herbaceous tones of spicy leaves with a hint of herbs followed by tangy kumquats and woody after-notes. Taste: flavours in the mouth are light with a smooth sweet fruit to start. Quickly followed by bitter salad leaves, almonds and moderate pepperiness. The piquancy lingers into the biscuity after taste.
