Fattoria le pupille's extra virgin olive oil is a blend of indigenous correggiolo, frantoio, and moraiolo olive varieties. After harvesting, the oil is quickly mechanically pressed at low temperatures to ensure maximum fragrance and preserve its organoleptic properties. The oil shines with a brilliant emerald color. On the nose, it reveals a fresh and vegetal aromatic profile with notes of artichoke, mediterranean herbs, and asparagus.
