Oil production focuses on monocultivar olive oils, made with both indigenous and non-native varieties. The company also purchases some of its olives from trusted local farmers. The leccino olives come from the olive trees in stancija meneghetti. This very popular and widespread variety has italian origins and is perfectly suited to the istrian climate, producing excellent quality oils characterized by great freshness and excellent aromatic character.
