Bio tapioca starch, 250 g, niavis properties:
Tapioca starch, obtained from the roots of the cassava plant, with a fine consistency, of a white powder, easily replaces corn starch
It is used as an additive in the preparation of bread, desserts and vegan creams. Way of ussage:
For bread, it is recommended to use a ratio of 1 5 tapioca starch to 4 5 flour.
For pastry, it is recommended to use a ratio of 1 3 tapioca starch to 2 3 flour.
To thicken soups, creams or to prepare desserts, it is recommended to dilute it in a cold liquid before incorporating it into the preparation. Ingredients:
