Protein is the body’s most essential macronutrient, but is all too often sourced from animal products which can be irritable to the human body and inhumanly sourced. The hemp plants are harvested when they reach sixteen weeks as the mature seeds will have started to sprout. Once harvested, the raw seeds are cleaned and carefully sieved before being pressed. The oil this releases is then filtered off to leave the solid protein, which will be dried and then milled.
