Keto creams are formulated with a high percentage of fats between 38 and 51%, high protein values, very low in carbohydrates and with about 0.5G of sugar per serving.
The formula of these keto creams keeps blood sugar and insulin levels low, so the body can easily access stored fat for energy, thus maintaining the state of ketosis for longer.
