Wholegrain oat granola with chocolate and almonds alce nero
Organic granola mix puffed, crunchy, and flaked and honey with dark chocolate and organic almond pieces. Alce nero they are made from different cereals obtained through different technological processes: oats are flaked, spelt is puffed, and crispy rice is obtained from rice flour after a cooking process. Oat flakes: they are obtained from organic oat grains that are previously cleaned, steamed, and finally crushed. Puffed spelt: it is obtained through a pressure process on the chicco of farro that fa evaporate the water contained in the spelt itself. The evaporation of the water, through pressure, determines the expansion of the chicco. This results in a very soft and light product. Crispy rice: it is obtained from organic rice flour that is mixed with water and cooked. The dough then passes through una the die that gives the rice its shape. The high cooking pressure and subsequent toasting result in a very crunchy product. The various grains thus obtained are first mixed, without the addition of vegetable oils. In the next phase, the rice is poured over them. Una a warm mixture composed simply of water and wildflower honey. The resulting dough is then baked in the oven to make the product delicately crumbly. Finally, 60% dark chocolate chips and chopped blanched almonds are added.
