It is suitable in both salty and sweet dishes. It can be cooked in various ways: as side dishes, purees, added to various soups, stews, fruit vegetable salads or mixed with other grains. It can be prepared with milk, similar to rice with milk or as an addition to puddings, creams.
Preparation : wash well, then boil one part of millet with two to three parts of water. Boil on low heat for approx. 20-30 Minutes. To obtain well-separated grains, it can be fried in a pan before cooking. Ingredients:
