our energy gels deliver fast-acting energy with delicious, natural fruit flavours each sachet provides an impressive 25 g of stomach-friendly carbohydrates and three electrolytes, best taken before or during a workout. We use a dual combination of carbohydrates using a 2:1 maltodextrin fructose mix that provides a concentrated source of fuel when you need it the most.
