Why are ours better
we use natural pectin for easier digestion and a more fluid, light consistency not thick like other energy gels on the market meaning you can easily consume them without water, ideal when you're on the move. We’ve also added electrolytes sodium, potassium and calcium to replace those lost during exercise. These dual-source energy gels use natural fruit flavours and have no unnecessary ingredients, no added sugar, and no artificial flavours and sweeteners.
When to take energy gels
as they are fast-acting, energy gels are designed to be taken immediately before and during exercise. Take one gel around 10 minutes before the start of your activity to top up your energy. For longer workouts or endurance events, such as half-marathons or long-distance cycling, consume another gel every 30-45 minutes of exercise to maintain energy levels.
