Preparation method:
You can prepare seitan in 3 simple steps: pour a cup of water into a bowl and add all the seitan powder from the bag. Stir preferably with a fork to prevent lumps from forming until the dough has absorbed all the water.
In a medium-sized pot, bring 1.5 Liters of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Divide the dough into walnut-sized pieces, flattening each piece slightly with your hand.
Add to boiling water and cook, covered, over low heat for about 30 minutes.
