The hypasoothe emergency burn gel is a sterile wound hydrogel that facilitates moist wound healing for minor burns. The gel re-hydrates necrotic tissue while loosening and absorbing slough and exudate.
The gel is suitable for use on 1st and 2nd degree burns. It soothes burns and reduces the likelihood of scarring by creating an ideal wound healing environment. High cohesion means the gel is easily removed even after the absorption of debris and exudate.
Usage:
- Cool the burn with water
- Gently dry the skin around the wound and apply the gel
- Cover the wound with a secondary dressing

- Do not reuse gel that has already been applied
