1. Cleanse and dry the skin before use, making sure the blister area is free of cream residue and oils.
2. Remove the top paper, then the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
3. Apply the patch firmly over the blister, making sure the edges are smoothed well.
4. Leave the patch on until it starts to come off on its own. Note: it may remain pinned for several days.
5. To remove the patch: do not pull up, but gently push it aside along the skin. Precautions:
