This new and exciting product from inglot is an eyeshadow and highlighter in one. All the individual eyeshadows consist of three colors in one, which work well if they are mixed together. The eyeshadow has a highlighting effect as it is built around shimmer particles. Also, it's highly pigmented, especially if applied on top of a base or eyeshadow primer. Here the effect and the eyeshadow will be intensified. Application : apply to the eyelid eye area on top of a creamy base such as concealer, primer or eyeliner.
