This pair of replacement cold packs are to be used with standard ice vibe boots, and this updated version has beaded technology. How to use:  place in a freezer for a minimum of 2hrs. Once frozen apply to the lower leg area and wrap ensuring the velcro retains the pack in place. Wrap the ice vibe boot over the top of the cold pack and switch on.
