Calmurofel, 120 tablets is a veterinary product specifically recommended for cats with feline idiopathic cystitis. The combination of all the ingredients in calmurofel helps to maintain and recover the inner layer of glycosaminoglycans in the urinary bladder in cats and to reduce the impact of the main risk factors, such as stress and obesity.
How does calmurofel work
Chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine hcl, essential components of the urinary bladder in cats, help repair the inner lining of the bladder and reduce permeability and exposure to infectious microorganisms. Due to their analgesic effects, they help reduce inflammation and pain.
L-tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin, the neurotransmitter that controls behaviors related to anxiety and stress.
Oralvisc is an exclusive hyaluronic acid formula that helps regulate excess body weight by reducing serum levels of leptin, the hormone involved in the obesity process.
