The draper pg28w is a robust 2.5Kva petrol generator designed to deliver reliable portable power for site work, outdoor events, and emergency backup applications. With a maximum output of 2,700w and a rated output of 2,500w, this open frame generator provides versatile dual voltage capability alongside 12v dc charging functionality. At its core sits a dependable 196cc four-stroke petrol engine with overhead valve design, delivering 6.5Hp through a forced air cooling system. The easy pull recoil start mechanism ensures quick deployment, whilst the heavy duty steel tubular frame provides robust protection and structural integrity. Oil and fuel resistant anti-vibration mounts reduce operational fatigue, and two large rubber wheels facilitate easy repositioning across site terrain. The generator offers practical versatility with separate 230v and 110v 16a sockets, allowing tradespeople to power both standard and reduced voltage equipment simultaneously. A dedicated 12v dc output provides battery charging capability directly from the unit. With a generous 15-litre fuel tank, the pg28w delivers up to 11 hours of continuous runtime at 75% load, minimising refuelling interruptions during extended use. The generator is compatible with both e5 and e10 petrol fuels and comes supplied with essential accessories including a spark plug spanner, combination spanners, and a 12v charging lead.
